What are "Rebound" Headaches?
It is estimated that more than two-thirds of OTC analgesics are used for headache pain relief. The types of headache that are most amenable to self-treatment with OTC analgesics include tension headaches (also known as stress headaches), diagnosed migraines, and sinus headaches.
However, did you know that the routine used of these over-the-counter analgesics
can result in 'rebound headaches' also known as "medication overuse headaches" that actually make your headaches worse? Dr. Stagl develop a drug-free method capable of relieving headache pain within minutes WITHOUT the use of any drugs.

People make all kinds of claims that have NO merit. We've all seen them. It's simply not fair. As a headache sufferer himself, Dr. Stagl uncovered the reason why headaches keep coming back - even at the most inconvenient time.
After many years, he perfected a technique you, too, can learn to treat yourself, anytime - anywhere a headache comes on. Unlike many other false claims, you can tell when this is working immediately. This method is reproducible and has a well established basis in Modern Medicine.

Migraine Headaches
Migraines, 3x more likely to affect women, are the 3rd most common ailment in the world, affecting 1 billion people worldwide. Migraines tend to be more complex as they are a neurological condition affected my hormones changes giving rise to a wide range of symptoms, including vomiting, visual disturbances, and sensitivity to light and sound. Stress also plays a significant role in the frequency of a migraine episode.
Tension Headaches
Chronic tension headaches are actually the most common type of headache triggered by stress; both physical and emotional. Pain can be felt in the head and upper neck and may last for hours or even days on end. The pain may be equally as intense as a migraine but the one distinguishing factor is that migraines are often referred to as the "sick' headache because of the tendency to cause nausea. As such, tension headaches are more musculoskeletal in nature.
